When the response is for a session that specified a SessionOptions parcel (described in “SessionOptions” on page 296) with a StatementStatus option other than “O”, a StatementStatus parcel (flavor 205 in Table 8 on page 275) may be returned instead.

Indicates that the specified statement has failed and the entire transaction was rolled back.
