You can configure a repository threshold alert using the BAR Setup portlet.
- Under DSC Servers, select your DSC server.
- From the Categories list, click Alerts.
- From the Alert Types list, click Repository Threshold.

Under Alert Details configure the alert:
- Check or clear the Enable alert checkbox.
- Select a severity level Severity list.
- Select a status from the Repository Threshold Status list.

Under Alert Action configure the alert:
- From the Action list, select an action. To appear in the Action list, you must activate the action using the Alert Setup portlet.
- Specify a time in Do not run twice in __ minutes.
- In the Message box, type the message to be sent when the alert criteria are met.
- Click Apply.
