Only specify database DBC or SYSUDTLIB on a COPY statement using the COPY FROM format. When using the COPY FROM format, DBC and SYSUDTLIB can be copied to another database but no data can be copied into DBC or SYSUDTLIB. Either DBC or SYSUDTLIB can be specified as a separate source object, but neither can be specified as a separate target object.
