If you installed Python with an installer from https://www.python.org or with https://brew.sh, you should already have pip.
During installation, pip accesses the Internet to retrieve Python SDK dependencies. If you do not want pip to access the Internet, request and install the Python SDK dependencies package before installing the AppCenter Python SDK. See [Optional] Installing the Teradata AppCenter Python SDK Dependencies Package Offline.

Use pip to install the AppCenter Python SDK:
pip install teradata-appcenter-python-sdk-1.10.0+latest.tar.gz
