Explanation:

The software level of the Teradata Database does not support Two Phase Commit.

Notes:

This error is detected by TDP. For CLIv2 applications, a DBCAREA 2PC option specifies Two Phase Commit.

Remedy:

Either do not specify Two Phase Commit or upgrade the Teradata Database for the needed support.
