Explanation:
An attempt to access a message table in the requested language failed. The message table for that language probably doesn't exist, although the operating system may have been unable to load it for other reasons.
Notes:
The message table module names for the supported languages all begin with the five-characters TRD0L and end with a three-character suffix that corresponds to the Language Id and Country Id.
Remedy:
Either specify a Language Id and Country Id for which a message table exists, supply the requested message table, or ascertain why the operating system cannot load it.
