Explanation:
The request to logon a new Teradata session failed because there is insufficient capacity for another session.
Notes:
This error is detected by TDP. Either all Teradata Database Session Processors (SPs) are at capacity, the TDP "SET MAXSESS" limit has been reached, or the session is eligible for a TDP session pool but all sessions for that pool are in use. If trying to use the Database Monitor partition then the total SP capacity for that partition may have been reached.
Remedy:
Retry the logon when sufficient session capacity is available.
