Explanation:
This error indicates that the application invoked the CLI2 rewind function against an open request that is not rewindable (there is no spool file on the Teradata Database that can be rewound.
Notes:
This is considered a user error. Rewind may only be performed against requests for for which the Keep_Response option was set and which completed without Error or Failure.
Remedy:
Application logic should handle this condition.
