If you are a Site Admin or Super Site Admin, in the Console you can view or create incidents and change requests and submit questions (collectively called tickets).

  • Incident - for a problem that is preventing or degrading service.
  • Change request - to request that something be provided or changed.

Tickets are evaluated and assigned severity and priority levels that affect how quickly they are addressed.
