Now that you have created a targeted list (segment) of customers who may churn, you can create a customer list to take business actions in order to keep the customers from leaving.

  1. Select "" > Segmentation > Customer list.
  2. Select Create New.
  3. In the Customer List Properties pane, type the following:
    Customer list name TUTORIAL_PATH_SEGMENT
    Description Bill Dispute -> Review Contract Path
  4. Select Save Customer List.
You can add a segment to the customer list using either a SQL node or Analytical segment node. Select one of the following links to use the node type you prefer:
