Now that you have created a targeted list (segment) of customers who may churn, you can create a customer list to take business actions in order to keep the customers from leaving.

- In the Customer List Properties pane, type the following:
Customer list name TUTORIAL_PATH_SEGMENT Description Bill Dispute -> Review Contract Path - Select Save Customer List.
