With Vantage CX, you must create a dataset, a curated events table, from the TUTORIAL_CUSTOMER_EVENTS table to use when creating analytical segments
- Select
> Configuration > Datasets. - Select Create New.
- On the Create a new dataset page, enter:
- Name: Tutorial Dataset
- Description: Dataset used for the Vantage CX tutorial
- Connection: Select the Teradata-Vantage connection that you created earlier.
- Database: The database in which you created the Events table.
- Table: TUTORIAL_CUSTOMER_EVENTS
- Select Save Dataset.
Vantage CX creates the dataset and displays it on the Datasets page:
