You can print a query in the Query window using the Windows Print dialog.

From the active Query window, do one of the following:
- Click
. - Select .
- Press Ctrl+P.
The standard Windows Print dialog appears. Printers are configured using this dialog. - Click

Select from the following:
- To print the entire query, under Print Range, select All.
- To print a partial query, go to the Query window and highlight the part you want to print. Under Print Range, select Selection.
