To export to a text file. select an Export file type of Delimited Text [UTF-8] or Delimited Text [Unicode].
If Delimited Text (ASCII) is selected, any data that is not a part of the code page is corrupted.
Teradata CLOBs over 2K in size can only be returned through an ODBC connection if the UTF-16 character set was specified in the Connection dialog.
