When you clear a system problem, the status changes from Active to Cleared and it is removed from the default view.

  1. In the Web Client, click "" > System Problems.
  2. Locate a System Problem and click "" to see event details and any comments for the System Problem.
  3. Click "" to clear the System Problem.
