The different installation use cases for Teradata Tools and Utilities are listed below.
- Individual User with admin privilege installing on their own PC.
This will most likely be done using 'Interactive Install' but 'Silent Install' can also be used.
- Admin installing on the multiple servers (Dev, QA and then Production) to validate new release before updating all servers and client systems. This can be done using 'Interactive Install' or 'Silent Install' .
- Admin deploying TTU updates or installation on client systems using silent installation ('Silent Install' ).
