Service accounts are optional accounts that store system credentials for use with apps that run once or on schedule and scripts. After you add administrators to permissions for service accounts, they can assign them to apps and scripts so users can select systems when running the scripts or apps without entering system credentials.

You can create multiple accounts for each system type.

  1. Select "" > Settings > Service Accounts > CREATE, then enter account information.
Enter any name you want that identifies the system. The username and password are the credentials for the system.
  2. Select "", start typing the username of an administrator, then select it.
Administrators you add have permission to all service accounts.
  3. Notify administrators so they can assign the accounts to apps and scripts.
