Teradata Database nodes (channel, ECS, PE, SAS worker, TMS, TMSS) are allowed in almost all IntelliFlex system configurations.
PE nodes are 1U servers, while all others are 2U. When a PE node is in a 2U space, installed it in the bottom half of that 2U space with the upper 1U slot left empty.
BYNET cabinets:
- Load all chassis, in sequence, from the bottom up.
- Load all chassis from the front of the cabinet, accessible from both the front and rear of the cabinet.
