To authorize these libraries, add the following records to PARMLIB member PROGxx:
APF ADD DSNAME(dbcpfx.TDPLOAD) VOLUME(volume) APF ADD DSNAME(dbcpfx.AUTHLOAD) VOLUME(volume)
where dbcpfx is the prefix and volume is the name of the DASD volume on which each data set is allocated.
The setting of the ALLOWUSERKEYSCSA parameter has no impact on TDP.
