Hardware Requirements
To run SMClient and CLI, the following minimum hardware requirements must be met:
- 1.4 MHz CPU or greater
- 1 GB RAM
- 200 MB hard drive space (for software prerequisites and caching application files)
Web Browser Requirements
SMWeb is certified with the web browsers listed below.

Software Requirements
To run SMClient and the CLI utilities, Teradata JRE 8 is required.
If SMWeb Help is not displaying correctly in IE, display it in Compatibility View. In IE, select , then select Display all websites in Compatibility View.
