The toolbar in the Table Data Editor contains several features that enable you to specify how many rows are included in a page, and to move forward and backward through pages to locate data.
Use the Page Size field to specify the number of data rows you want included in a page.
To review data in a table, use the page arrow keys to move to the beginning or end of the table, or incrementally forward or backward one page at a time.
