TEXT data requires all CHAR or ANSIDATE data types. User exits (INMOD and Notify Exit) should not make calls to the Teradata Call Level Interface (CLIv2). Added TIMEOUTVALUE. Made terminology consistent for byte and character. Removed default NOTIFY EXIT library name. Teradata TPump now has an EXITEON attribute to notify the user of extended User Names and User Strings. See “BEGIN LOAD” on page 92, Table 37 on page 219 and “Sample Notify Exit Routine” on page 281. New output examples.
