Run Inventory Robot to add the tape archives to the new NetBackup Master Server:
- In the NetBackup Administration Console, right-click Devices.
- Select Update volume configuration.
- Verify that the empty media port prior to update option is selected if the tape is in the access port. The access port is also called a cap door, entry port, or exit port.
