Use the following procedure to initiate a new Partition analysis.

Click on the Add New Analysis icon in the toolbar.

In the resulting Add New Analysis dialog box, with Reorganization highlighted on the left, double-click on the Partition icon.
Add New Analysis > Reorganization > Partition
The Partition dialog box appears, in which you will enter INPUT and OUTPUT options to parameterize the analysis as described in the following sections.- Partition - INPUT - Data Selection (Teradata Database)
- Partition - INPUT - Analysis Parameters (Teradata Database)
- Partition - INPUT - Locking (Teradata Database)
- Partition - INPUT - Expert Options (Teradata Database)
- Partition - OUTPUT - Storage (Teradata Database)
- Partition - OUTPUT - Primary Index (Teradata Database)
