Explanation:
A Query character sets request specified a response buffer whose length did not allow for the fixed information and at least one character set name.
Notes:
This error is detected by TDP. For CLIv2 applications, the requested query is for Available-character-sets. The length of the response buffer is specified by QEPRALEN.
Remedy:
Provide a response buffer of at least the minimum size.
