Explanation:
The contents of the connect buffer are validated by the TDP interface routine. This error is returned if an error is found in the contents of the connect buffer. This buffer is built by CLI, NOT directly by the application. Thus this error should not occur.
Remedy:
Obtain a dump of the application address space and contact Customer Support personnel.
