Explanation:

The maximum value for the logon string is slightly less than 32000 if the Maximum Parcel option is 'O', or if that option is 'H', the maximum parcel size supported by the Teradata Database, up to slightly less than 2,147,483,647.

Correct the error and resubmit the job.
