The PC number is in the TDPXMST, pointed to by the TDPSSCT which is pointed to by the SSCVT (MVS CB) for the TDP subsystem.
Remedy:
This is an unlikely, but possible indication that TDP either shut down or failed during initialization in such a way that its control blocks were left in an inconsistent state. If it is active, contact Customer Support personnel.
