CLI0428 Maximum number of connections exceeded for user

Explanation:

The user machine attempted to make more IUCV (Inter-User Communications Vehicle) connections than allowed according to the specification in the VM directory for the user machine. If no number is specified, four connections is the default.

Notes:

Each session that logs on to TDP is associated with an IUCV path (connection).

Remedy:

Contact your VM systems programmer and have the allowable number of IUCV connections increased by updating the VM directory appropriately. See the MAXCONN keyword on the OPTION directory statement.
