Explanation:
The module DBCGRC attempted to load in the module DBCPSVC but was unsuccessful.
Notes:
DBCPSVC can be link-edited into DBCGRC or DBCGRC will attempt to load DBCPSVC dynamically and save the address in the HSICB for subse- quent use. This code is returned if DBCGRC is unable to load DBCPSVC or if the saved address is not set for a subsequent CLI routine.
Remedy:
Ensure either that DBCPSVC is link-edited into module DBCGRC (which contains a WXTRN for it), or ensure that DBCPSVC is available to the application at run time.
