Purpose

Sets the time interval for issuing reminders that all communication with the Teradata Database has been lost.

Syntax

where:

ssss
Time interval in seconds.
This interval can not be less than 60 seconds.

Usage Notes

This deprecated command changes the same values as the CONFIG COMMLOST MSG INTERVAL command, except that in the latter the units are minutes instead of seconds.

If an interval of less than 60 seconds is specified, 60 seconds is used.

The deprecated DLYTIME default in the HSISPB is 300 seconds.

Example: INITIAL DLYTIME

INIT DLYTIME 90
