Purpose
Retrieves the number of columns in the LOCAL ORDER BY clause for a specified input stream.
Syntax
tdr.GetCountLocalOrderBy( streamno )

The input stream number.
Return Value
An integer representing the number of columns in the LOCAL ORDER BY clause.
