Each server monitored by Ecosystem Manager has the Ecosystem Manager client software package installed. This software includes agents that connect to the Ecosystem Manager server. The customer is able to upgrade the client software, after creating an incident with Teradata Customer Services.
The upgrade method differs depending on the type of server the client package is installed on.

Upgrades to Ecosystem Manager server software require Teradata involvement and cannot be upgraded by the customer. Contact your Customer Service Representative for more information.
