  1. Locate the installer package for Informatica:

    AsterConnectorInformatica_version_INFAInformatica_version__your_OS.aster_version.zip

  2. Extract the files.
  3. Navigate to the directory containing the installer .msi files: ..\stage\clients-infa_connector-your_OS\
  4. Double-click the Informatica .msi file to begin installation. If prompted, click Run to verify you want to run the installer.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Teradata recommends you accept the default installation path. Click Next.
  7. Click Install.
  8. The Installing Informatica Connector Client dialog box appears. Wait until it completes.
  9. After successful installation, the Installation Complete screen appears.
  10. Click Close.
  11. Double-click nClusterODBCInstaller_i386.msi to begin the Aster ODBC driver installation. Always use the 32-bit installer for the Informatica client machine.
  12. Click Next.
  13. On the Select Installation Folder screen, select the installation path and whether Everyone or Just me should have access to the driver, and click Next.
  14. Click Close.
