PostgreSQL metadata and Vault are backed up as part of the backup process.

From the client machine, run:
$ appctl platform backup --chart appcenter-backup-1.10.0+build.21.149baa2.tgz --name backup1 --namespace td-platform --set global.rook.rookEnabled=false
- To download the backup, use the --download flag with the command. The backup will be downloaded to the client machine in the /tmp location.
- If you want to download it to a different location, use --downloadPath <path> the command.
