The config_disk_file_system command configures the disk file system in the DSA repository.

To use the config_disk_file_system command, you must specify the XML file that contains the necessary configuration information, including the file system path and limit for the maximum number of open files.

When adding or updating a file system using the command line, first export the existing disk file configuration, which includes all the current file systems, to the configuration xml file. After exporting the configuration, add a new or update an existing file system and its parameters within the exported configuration xml file. After saving the configuration xml file, run the config_disk_file_system command to configure all the file systems using this configuration xml file.

  1. Type dsc config_disk_file_system -f followed by the full file path, and press Enter.
