Depending on the type of the job and the run status, you can view the details from the Saved Jobs or Job History view.
  1. Do one of the following, depending on the run status of the job:
    View Option Description
    Status of running job or the most recent job
    1. Click the Saved Jobs tab.
    2. Click "" next to a job.
    3. Select Job status.

    If the job is currently running, the Streams tab and a progress bar indicating the percentage complete display. If a job is restarted, the progress bar restarts at zero.

    While a job is running, the maximum number of objects reported is 500.

    The Log tab displays details about the objects included in the job.

    Status logs of previously run jobs
    1. Click the Job History tab.
    2. Click the row for the job.

    The Log tab displays details about the objects included in the job.

    The maximum number of completed objects is 100.

  2. Select any of these links to see more details:
    Available links depend on job type.
    Link Description
    View Phase Log Backup and analyze_validate jobs: Provides dictionary and data phase details.

    Restore jobs: Provides dictionary, data, build, and postscript phase details.

    View History All jobs: Provides job history, including start and end times, duration, status, objects, and restart group ID (restore jobs).

    Restart group ID helps identify multiple runs that are part of a series of restarted restore jobs.

    View Cumulative Status Restore jobs that have restarted: Provides job history from initial incomplete run through the latest restarted execution, including start and end times, duration, objects, and restart group ID. This view is available when viewing the status of the last run in a group.

    Restart group ID helps identify multiple runs that are part of a series of restarted restore jobs.

    View Save Sets Backup jobs: Provides save set details, including backup date, objects, size, and backup type.
    View Error Log Failed analyze read jobs: Provides error log details, including error code, error message, warning code, and warning message.
