Go to http://www.gisinternals.com/.

In the GDAL and MapServer latest release versions table, do one of the following:
- Download the 32-bit GDAL installer file: click release-1600-gdal-1-11-0-mapserver-6-4-1, and then click gdal-111-1600-core.msi.
- Download the 64-bit GDAL installer file: click release-1600-x64-gdal-1-11-0-mapserver-6-4-1, and then click gdal-111-1600-x64-core.msi.

Double-click the downloaded file to begin the installation.

Follow the installation wizard instructions to finish the installation.

Update the PATH environment variable with the directory location where GDAL is installed, if it is not set automatically as part of the GDAL installation [%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%/GDAL (Windows 64-bit) or %PROGRAMFILES%/GDAL (Windows 32-bit)].
