Updated for the DSA 16.00 release, including information on the following:
- New ability to control multip.le DSCs from one Viewpoint portlet
- New ability to change passwords for all jobs associated with a system
- New ability to restore to fewer media servers or devices
- Removed restriction about not being able to run when an AMP is down.
- Removed restriction about the same user ID only being able to run one restore job at a time.
- Add information on the DSA locking strategy
- config_target_group_map Added two sample files.
- Enhanced map_to, allow map_to at job level
- New job options:
