The Aster Export Tool, ncluster_export, is a command-line application for bulk-exporting data from an Aster instance to a file or to STDOUT. It provides an alternative to the SQL COPY TO statement. Each invocation of the Aster Export Tool is equivalent to a single invocation of the COPY TO statement. Each invocation is a single database transaction that exports the contents of the specified table into the specified file or STDOUT.
