Do one of the following to view workflow or customer list details:
  • In the Workflows list or Customer Lists list, select "" > Details.
  • While viewing a workflow or customer list, click VIEW DETAILS.
Option Description
GENERAL DETAILS

Displays the workflow or customer list description. You also have the option to edit the workflow or customer list by clicking EDIT WORKFLOW or EDIT CUSTOMER LIST.

SCHEDULE

Set up a schedule or execute the workflow or customer list immediately.

HISTORY

Lists previous executions of the workflow or customer list. Select an executed workflow or customer list to view the Execution card.

The Workflow status or Customer List status (in upper right corner) indicates if there are validation issues to resolve.
