Whenever a customer initiates a session with Vantage CX, Vantage CX sends a request to every third-party application that is enabled. To avoid unintended requests that slow Vantage CX interactions, new third-party profiles are not enabled by default.
CIM customer profiles are pushed to Vantage CX automatically.
  1. To enable a third-party profile, select Enabled on the Third Party Profile page.
Third-party profiles are global across development, QA, and production, so you do not need to promote third-party profiles.
  2. To stop Vantage CX from making requests for the third-party profile, clear Enabled.
Clearing Enabled does not break the association between the automatically generated attribute category and attributes.
