With an inbound data integration, you can define workflows or customer lists that ingest (import) data from external systems. When a workflow or customer list contains an inbound data integration, Vantage CX imports and stores the data in a database. You can then process the data from the workflow or from additional workflows.
You can ingest JSON data from an API connection and delimited files from an SFTP connection.
