When Vantage CX sends a message to the customer, the customer's response can be positive or negative. (The neutral response Extended, which indicates only that Vantage CX sent the message, is always available in the system.) You define the possible positive and negative responses that Vantage CX can expect from the customer. An example of a positive response might be Purchased. A negative response might be Unsubscribed.
  1. Select "" > Real-time decisioning > Responses.
  2. Click CREATE NEW.
  3. Complete Name, Keyname, and optional Description.
  4. Select the type of response:
    Setting Value
    Positive / Negative Response Select whether this response is Positive or Negative.
  5. Click CREATE.
