Set up a schedule to execute the workflow or customer list on a regular basis.

Tip:

Make sure any validation issues are resolved before the workflow or customer list executes.

  1. Choose one of the following options:
    Option Action
    Add a schedule to a workflow Select "" > Data preparation > Workflows.
    Add a schedule to a customer list Select "" > Customer list.
  2. Select "" > Details.
  3. Click the SCHEDULE tab.
  4. Click ADD SCHEDULE.

    To run the workflow or customer list immediately, see Executing a Workflow or Customer List.

    The Upcoming area on the right lists examples of the first few scheduled dates and times in both Server and Local time zones, based on the schedule parameters currently entered. The Server time is the time zone where the server is located and it determines the start time for each scheduled workflow or customer list.

  5. Complete the Set Schedule fields:
    1. In the Starts section, click Immediately to begin executing the workflow or customer list on this schedule today, or click On to specify a start date.
    2. Set the time interval in the Repeats section using the drop-down lists and date selectors.
      Option Action
      Repeat daily Select a time.
      Repeat weekly
      1. Check the box next to the day of the week. Multiple checkboxes may be selected.
      2. Select a time.
      Repeat monthly
      1. Specify a day of the month by date or select a certain day, for example, the second Sunday.
      2. Select a time.
      Repeat yearly
      1. Select a certain day such as the first Tuesday or a specific date.
      2. Check the box next to the month. Multiple checkboxes may be selected.
      3. Select a time.
    3. In the Ends section, click Never to execute the workflow or customer list on this schedule indefinitely, or click On to specify an end date.
  6. To set advanced options, set the Advanced slider to on and specify a CRON expression.
  7. Click SAVE SCHEDULE. The times you specified are listed in the Upcoming section.
