An InfiniBand switch is shipped with three shipping screws on each side securing it to the switch rails to prevent slideout during transport. The shipping screws must be removed before the cabinet can be positioned and ganged.
Removing the InfiniBand Switch Shipping Screws
- At the side of the cabinet, remove the three shipping screws securing the switch to the switch rail.
- Repeat the removal of the shipping screws on the other side of the cabinet.
