You’re now ready to submit the workflow for execution and populate the Event table.
- Select one of the following:
Option Action From the workflow palette - Select Execute Flow.
From the main menu - Select .
- For the TUTORIAL_CUSTOMER_EVENTS workflow, select .
- Depending on your permissions, you may be able to select which credentials to use for connection nodes when executing the workflow.
Selection Uses Current session Your current session credentials for all connection nodes in the workflow Connection credentials The specific credentials included with each connection If you cannot select which credentials to use, select Yes to confirm you want to execute the workflow. - To display the status and result of the workflow, select Details from the pop-up that appears at the bottom of the page immediately after executing the workflow.Tip: You can also display the status by selecting , then selecting the Status of the TUTORIAL_CUSTOMER_EVENTS workflow.
- The workflow execution card displays the following:
- Run date, start time, run duration, connection type, and status of the workflow
- Status and result of each node of the workflow
- To see the SQL executed by a specific node, select the rule, such as TUT_WEB_EVENTS.
The TUTORIAL_CUSTOMER_EVENTS Events table now has data from the three events tables.
If your workflow execution is unsuccessful, review the status of each node, edit the nodes to correct any errors, then execute the workflow again.
