Before you delete a user mapping, verify that session routing is not using the user mapping.
  1. In the Unity Setup portlet, click the Session Routing tab.
  2. Click the User Mappings tab.
  3. Click .
  4. Click next to the user mapping you want to delete, and select Delete.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
  6. Verify the user mapping is removed from the User Mapping list.
