Double Buffering
If Two Response Buffers is set to Y in the DBCAREA, CLI uses double buffering, and each buffer is the size specified in the DBCAREA. CLI allocates the buffer(s) when DBCHCL is called for the Connect, RunStartup, or Initiate Request function.
