To submit a question, you must be assigned to the Site Super Admin or Site Admin role. See Managing Users. Teradata considers questions as Severity 4 incidents and responds over the next several days or weeks.
- Log in to the Console at https://console.vantage.teradata.com and click Support Tickets in the left pane.
- Click CREATE TICKET and select Ask a Question.
- Type your question and click Submit.
