Server Management alerts are delivered in the form of a JSON report when failover occurs due to unavailable components.
  1. Log on to the active and standby monitoring servers: local.monitor.host and remote.monitor.host.
  2. On /opt/teradata/client/nn.nn/datamover/failover/monitor.properties, do the following:
    1. Set the value for tvi.useLogger to True.
    2. Make sure tvilogger.properties exists and has been configured with the correct Server Management logging method.
